What's For Dinner?
by Rosheen Hunter

Pineapple Chicken

You had to know that this month’s recipe was going to be a healthy one! This is a great crock-pot recipe I found from Weight Watchers. If you are familiar they go by a point system and this recipe is only 5 points! YEAH! It’s easy and my whole family loved it!! ENJOY!!

3 chicken breasts (split, skinned and boned)
pepper
paprika
20 oz pineapple (drained, unsweetened tidbits)
2 tablespoons mustard, Dijon style
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 garlic clove minced

Arrange chicken in crock-pot. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Mix soy sauce, pineapple and mustard together; pour over chicken. Add minced garlic. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours or on HIGH 3-4 hours. Makes 6 servings!!
